The exploitation is very systematic and currency market is structured in such a way that as to make chinese goods cheaper globally. u wud surprised to know that more than 90% chinese workers are unsatisfied with their work, it leads them to work more and paid less..exploited said early.
the democracy there is so imperfect, and the oppertunity of getting rich thru political is very very deep.
